They can be too big, there are too many people or possibly other trainees appear too judgmental.

New ReGym, located within the British Racing School, Newmarket, was opened to tackle these problems.

Open to everyone, I offer the following:

* Complete privacy (Only you and me, the personal trainer) during a training session
* No queuing for the machines
* I specialise in weight loss and body toning
* I cater for adults and their children (from 10 years old onwards)
* A well-equipped gym with professional-quality machines
